Introducing Tracie Jackson-Way
From the city to floristry
TJ was city based, working stocks and shares and then managing the Eurobonds desk for Northern Trust Company of Chicago, where she moved into data management.
After 19 years in the city she decided to return to full time education in 2001 at Capel Manor, Enfield, a college that was at the forefront of floristry and horticultural training, initiative décor, art and design.
She qualified in NABAS, NVQ, NCPF, Advanced business operations & human resources management.
Also becoming student of the year 2000/1 for her outstanding designs and commitment to professional floristry. The award presented by the Arch Deacon of London “Peter Delanie” in 2001 and subsequently invited back by Chapel College to become a student mentor for final year students and host industry talks for all students.


New career blossoms
Her career as a florist quickly blossomed and she has been approached by the Royal Florist, Moyses Stevens, to lead and manage the Sloan Street offices in London.
She has worked as the personal florist to a Saudi Arabian entrepreneur for 10 years, designing displays for the Park Lane apartments and has worked in some of the worlds most amazing Hotels and Venues including Blenheim Palace, Corinthian Hotel, The Dorchester and the Mandarin Oriental.
TJ was inspired by Jane Packer another amazing woman who changed the floristry industry and her innovative designs globally changed the bridal bouquet market.
Since moving out of London to Essex, she has built excellent rapport with venue across the county. Her signature blooms are recognisable in venues such at Boreham House, Braxted Park, Hatfield Place & Mulberry House.
With the trust of venue owners, she has been a part of the Award Winning team in making Boreham House the Asian Wedding Venue Of The Year.
