Tracie Jackson-Way, known across the industry simply as TJ, is an award-winning florist, creative director, and wedding and events specialist with over 25 years of experience transforming life’s most meaningful moments into unforgettable experiences.
Today, Tracie is the creative driving force behind the TJ Designer Group, a family of businesses built on the core values of collaboration, trust, empathy, and inclusion.
Whether she’s designing a breathtaking floral installation or guiding a couple through every detail of their big day, Tracie brings genuine emotional investment to every project, from the very first consultation to the final flourish
